What is your delivery policy?

We charge a flat fee of £4.95 on every order for next-day delivery (UK standard tracked). All orders are delivered the following day if placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (GMT). Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will ship on the next working day.

We pack every order by hand at the Tall Boy HQ in Nottingham. We will update you if there is any change or delay to your order. For more information please check our delivery policy.

Do you deliver to outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we do deliver outside of the United Kingdom however there is an increased delivery fee and prices vary depending on location. Please contact us with your details so we can provide you with an accurate delivery fee.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days provided the order is not damaged. Please check our refund policy for more information.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged when it arrives, we will send out a replacement order, free of charge, as soon as possible. Please contact us with images of your damaged order so we can process a replacement.

What if my print doesn't suit my room/wall?

We understand if you've changed your mind! If you hang your print and you're not quite happy with how it looks, please contact us as we may be able to advise you on a replacement print that suits your space, or an alternative place to hang your existing order.

I'm not sure what prints to pick for my space, can you help?

We're proud of our collection of prints as we've carefully hand-picked every product on our website. If you'd like some advice regarding which prints or frames to choose, please contact us and we'd be more than happy to help.

What framing options do you offer?

We offer Black, White and Oak framing options on all of our standard prints. Each print is hand-framed here at our offices here in Nottingham and can be added to your order for a flat fee of £13.50 (excluding 600mm x 600mm prints). For more information, please check our framing options.

I'm a retailer, can I stock your prints?

We currently only sell directly to the public.
